It's Showtime!

Tomorrow is Bloemfontein Academy's turn to shine!  All the practice will pay off as show off our skills to parents and friends.

A quick breakdown of times : -
Monday  and Lebone classes - you need to be at the theater at 10:45
Tuesday and Brebner classes - you need to be at the theater at 13:00
Friday classes - you need to be at the theater at 08:30

I hope you have all found the Scaena theater at Kovsies.  See you there!

Preparing for the 23rd November.  All parents check your timetables that were sent home last week.  Times for the plays are set. Note there is a REHEARSAL TIME, as this is the first opportunity our young actors will have actually ON THE STAGE for this year's plays, and will just need to orientate themselves.  Audience enters the theater at the time marked PERFORMANCE on the timetables.  Any problems or queries, contact me! :)

The children of Lebone Village are amazing kids! On Production day don't rush off after your own Play is over, stay to watch these young budding actors perform. It will make your day.

At then end of first and third terms each year we let our hair down with a Whacky Week celebration!  Anything goes!

All our Studios are having great fun preparing for our Mid-year Parent Day Presentations next week!

Small scenes, improvisations, scripts, and speech, will all be performed for family and friends.

Whacky-Week has become a tradition in Bloem!

We usually have a "Wacky-Week" twice a year: at the end of the First Term and the end of the Third Term.  Some studemts start preparing for this at the beginning of each term!

Whacky Week!!

It's nearly the end of Term 1 - 2013.

We always end off the first term with our highly anticipated "Whacky Week"!  The students sometimes plan their outfits from the beginning of the term....and it shows!  They are encouraged to have some 'story' to accompany their crazy style, and we have some hum-dingers!!
